Luke Jones is an independent web consultant whom largely specializes in c# and .NET development, graphics and web design, illustration, online marketing and branding. Over the summer of 2007, Luke graduated from the University of Huddersfield with a upper-second class sandwich degree in Interactive Media (BA/Hons). In his third year Luke worked at DLA Piper, a leading global legal services organisation, as a member of the Intranet team where his duties lead him to focus on visual interface, navigation, usability and security.
After graduation from the University of Huddersfield and a short break, Luke was employed by Lead Generation Data Analysts, www.LifeStylesOnline.co.uk to develop there core systems. This entailed working on multiple Drupal Content systems which each received Rich Media Content from a single control centre via XML.
Before Lifestyles Previously Luke was working freelance. Previous projects include Pink Lilly, a brand new clothing outlet based in Nottingham, where Luke has designed and developed the e-commerce properties of the site including the member login, securities and customer profiling, along with a be-spoke administration console to govern the highly dynamic custom interface for the e-catalogue. This site is being developed with co-designer Imran Afzal.
